Yungblud announces brand new ‘BludFest’, and second wave of artists added to the line-up

Following in the footsteps of Louis Tomlinson, also hailing from Doncaster, Yungblud announced his own brand-new all-ages festival ‘BludFest’ at a pop-up show he held recently in Camden Market, London. With both artists aiming to turnaround the music industry by keeping fans and accessibility at the forefront. The amount of effort and thought that has gone into this festival is immense. The aim was to organise a festival that helps create a sense of community among the members of the ‘Black Hearts Club’ and this is further showcased with the line-up of alternative artists showcasing their individuality and shared experiences through their music.

Initially, the festival had one stage featuring artists such as Yungblud himself, Lil Yachty, Soft Play, Nessa Barrett, The Damned, Lola Young and Jazmin Bean. And if this wasn’t already the perfect line up. A second stage has just been announced with NOAHFINNCE, Jesse Jo Stark, Landon Barker, Hannah Grae and Aziya joining the Bill. The perfect combination of established and up-and-coming artists, catering to all.

Back to putting fans first, the festival will be taking place on August 11th from 1pm-10:30pm at Milton Keynes Bowl, UK. Milton Keynes Bowl has been home to many iconic live music events over the years including 'Ozzfest' featuring Black Sabbath with support from Ozzy Osbourne, David Bowie, The Prodigy, Green Day, Jimmy Eat World and now the very first Bludfest will be added to its history.

Yungblud’s number one priority throughout the planning of this event has been accessibility. All tickets are £49.50! You read that right, all 12 artists for less than £50 and free carers tickets are available for those that require extra support. Ticket prices have been kept as low as possible to ensure the event is accessible to as many people as possible and set times have been planned to finish early to make sure everyone can get home after and not have to spend extra on hotels. Family ticket bundles are also available if you are looking for a fun family day out. Free and discounted tickets are also available for those working for the NHS, Charities and recipients of UK cost of living payments through 'Tickets For Good'.

And that’s not all, they have ensured that the festival site is easily accessible by train. Being just a half an hour walk from Milton Keynes Central station which has direct trainlines from most of the UK’s major cities.

They have also partnered with Big Green Coach to provide coaches to and from the festival departing from Bedford, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chelmsford, Colchester, Coventry, Ipswich, Leicester, London Victoria, Luton, Northampton, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Peterborough, and Swindon to ensure everyone can get there and home again!

There will also be a ‘Make a Friend Tent’ so those going alone can make new friends to hang out with while they are there if they choose to go alone but decide they want some company. As well as designated entrances and viewing areas, mental health support and many more accessibility friendly features.

The amount of thought that has gone into this just proves how much Yungblud loves and cares about his fans. This festival is definitely one for the history books!
