Teezo Touchdown in Colorado

Arriving at the concert venue, Cervantes Ballroom, I scoped the environment and noticed that Teezo Touchdown's fans were having a trivia session themed around Teezo himself. Those who answered correctly won some of his merch. This caught my eye, because we don’t see these types of engagements as often nowadays. I thought that was a good way to keep the crowd engaged and energized throughout the beginning of the show. After a few more trivia questions with the fans, I witnessed Annabelle Kline doing an opening DJ set where she really engaged the crowd which is not often seen with DJs before a concert. She knew exactly how to interact with the crowd both in action and through songs. Annabelle’s personality really adds to her set and the way people responded while she was performing was amazing to see. I really enjoyed her set and heard similar reactions from fans throughout the night with positive feedback complimenting the songs she was playing and her way of dancing and interacting with her audience.

When it was time for Teezo Touchdown to start his set, I really liked how he had a short interview playing on the screen, which made it different from past concerts I've been to and somewhat more unique compared to other shows. Another thing that caught my eye was that he would change outfits in between a couple of songs. The crowd was amazing as well. Seeing his fans scream his name and sing his songs back to him felt so special, and it helped the energise the venue. His stage design during this show also added to the experience of the night. It really went well with his aesthetic and complimented the various outfits he wore throughout his performance. Teezo’s stage presence is amazing. I'm not incredibly well versed in his music, but his stage presence blew me away and far exceeded all expectations. I really enjoyed being part of the crowd and witnessing his performance throughout the evening. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable performance. I would highly recommend attending a Teezo Touchdown concert in the near future, whether it's with your friends or by yourself, especially if you’re into the Alternative/Indie genre.
