Set It Off closed their EU/UK 2025 tour with two electrifying nights in London
Set It Off closed their EU/UK 2025 tour with two nights in London and we were lucky enough to catch them at their first show at the infamous Electric Ballroom – Which was completely sold out!
Not only did this show deliver us a killer headliner show, but also three equally as incredible supporting bands that quite frankly blew everyone away.
Up first was TSS, hailing from just across the channel in France. Now, to be totally honest being the first of a four-band lineup, we weren't expecting much but holy sh*t this band was incredible and has definitely earnt a spot on my playlist.
They have this wild mix of emo, metalcore, and alternative rock, which gives them a really fresh and unpredictable sound. Their set was intense... Filled with huge riffs, electronic textures that made everything feel atmospheric and vocals that swung between raw emotion and pure aggression.
The energy they brought to the stage was insane, and their aesthetic was kind of a gothic cyberpunk vibe which only added to the whole experience.
If you haven’t checked them out yet, ‘KILLING ME’ is a great place to start.
Up next was Call Me Amour, which we have to say a huge thank you for inviting us to come along!
This UK-based band was also sensational and all-around super engaging with their audience, which you just love to see. Frontman Harry Radford even jumped into the crowd and got everyone to hug each other – honestly, this band just brings super loving and wholesome vibes.
Whilst they did deliver a short set – about five songs if I remember correctly – each and every one of these tracks just absolutely slapped.
Their music hits so hard with gritty riffs, pulsing synths, and powerful vocal hooks that are just super emotionally charged.
There was a real edge to their performance, blending raw aggression with melodic, almost cinematic moments. Honestly, they brought such a dynamic presence that pulls you in, making their set feel immersive – which is only enhanced by their constant crowd and audience engagement.
We absolutely loved you and once again, thank you so much for having us! Hopefully catch you on your next tour. 😉
Now for the penultimate band, Point North, who really brought the energy up and packed a punch with their 10-song set. This band brought the circle pits, the crowd surfers and really lit the venue up.
For the fans of Set It Off, you might recognize Point North from their song ‘Below The Belt’ which features Cody Carson, frontman for Set It Off. This song was played halfway through Point North's set where Carson also came out and the crowd went absolutely crazy.
Honestly, the energy that this band brought was ludicrous and we are so here for it and huge fans of this.
And then, the moment everyone had been waiting for - Set It Off took the stage with thunderous applause, and from the first note, it was absolute chaos (in the best way possible). The crowd exploded, and the energy was literally something else. You could just feel how much this night meant to both the band and the fans
One of the biggest standout moments for me was early in their set when they got the entire venue to light up with their phone torches. It was one of those moments that gave you chills - the whole room glowing... IT was just pure magic.
Set It Off are truly something special. Their music is just so slick and full of electronic elements... And live, this was no different they were just so raw, powerful, and full of life. Carson is a true showman, seamlessly switching between high-energy antics, such as running and jumping from each side of the stage and intimate, emotional moments. The band delivered a flawless mix of their older anthems and newer hits, keeping the crowd hanging on every lyric.
One track that hit particularly hard was ‘Fake Ass Friends’. It’s just got this infectious energy, cutting lyrics, and a chorus that you can’t help but scream at the top of your lungs. Hearing it live just took it to another level - the whole venue was chanting along, and it felt like one of the most memorable moments of the night.
From start to finish, Set It Off proved exactly why they’ve built such a dedicated following over the years. This wasn’t just a gig; it was an experience. Every moment was crafted to pull the audience in, from the dynamic lighting to the seamless crowd interactions. And judging by the deafening cheers as they closed out the night, everyone left feeling just as exhilarated as I did.
Set It Off absolutely owned this night in London, and I can only imagine what that second night was like...
If you ever get the chance to see them live, all we can say is - do it.
