Kellin Quinn’s New Solo Project: Haunted Mouths, debut album ‘A COLLECTION OF GREETINGS’ out now --Single Review--

Frontman of pop-punk band Sleeping With Sirens Kellin Quinn has announced his solo project, Haunted Mouths. With this new project comes an all-new album titled ‘A Collection on Greetings’, which will be released on February 14th via Rise Records. Quinn stated that this whole record is a love letter to his wife, and will give fans a look into his personal life. When talking about the new record Quinn stated, “I didn’t want to make a pop album or an acoustic record. It needed to be dark, drony, haunting, but beautiful.”

The anticipation for this upcoming album is already building with the first track ‘Further Till We Disappear’ being released in January. This starting track gives fans a first look into the possible themes of this upcoming album. ‘Further Till We Disappear’ is more moody and dark, as opposed to the more upbeat pop-punk themes from Quinn’s previous songs with the band, Sleeping With Sirens. While Quinn will always embrace loud guitars and soaring choruses, this was meant to be more intimate and almost haunted. When talking about the opening track Quinn said, “That song mentions many of my wife’s favorite things and different things we share.”
‘A Collection of Greetings’ was an album that came together without writer’s block from either Quinn or Aaron Marsh, co-writer and producer of the record. The album’s ten tracks came together in around two weeks of sessions. Already after hearing the first track, fans are buzzing with excitement and counting down the days to the record’s release on February 14th.
