ARCHERS Release Intense New Single ‘Never Enough’

‘Never Enough’ sees ARCHERS continue in true fashion bringing their intense energy and collective talent to their new single. It’s three minutes of strong metalcore and spans the story of a toxic relationship and the idea of chasing short lived pleasure.
You are thrown straight into the track with forceful drums and a gripping riff. The vocals are clean and set the emotive tone right from the get go. A steady bass drum draws you into the first chorus which is melodic and opens up into a heavier section accompanying the angst of the lyrics.
Dipping in and out of this heaviness, it adds to the dynamic nature of ‘Never Enough’. The carefully selected structure allows for the best of both worlds. Holding the screams display impressive vocal talent and take the track to the next level.

My personal favourite part of the song gets me at the breakdown. The careful build up in energy, through the tense momentary pause in all instrumentals but the low toned riff keeps you guessing. You know something is coming and it does not disappoint. Pulley’s vocals are showcased to their true extent here, emotive and another build up to powerful screams. The accompanying riff, bassline and hard hitting drums allow the song to unleash all of its energy.
Finally, we return and are left with the memorable chorus.
The single is also accompanied by a visually striking music video with interesting graphics and playful lighting.
‘Never Enough’ is fiercely beautiful and it displays impressive vocal talent as well as notable tempo changes and exciting riffs. ARCHERS have nailed their breakdown and combined their typical charms of emotional lyrics for a powerful track easily fitting into the modern metalcore scene. This one is definitely worth a listen.
